Hassle Free Returns

Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased from bouldering.com please send it back within 45 days of ordering it and we will issue you a full refund. If air shipping was originally selected, we will refund $4.95 of the amount paid towards shipping.

The item must be in new unused condition with all original tags and packaging. By law and for the safety of others, we cannot accept returns on load bearing gear. This includes ropes, carabiners, cams, nuts, quickdraws, belay and rappel devices, and harnesses, unless they are found to be defective, in which case you are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us before returning defective goods.

We recommend that the goods be shipped back to us using a carrier with tracking capabilities such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost in route to our warehouse, so we also recommend insuring the package for the value of its contents.

Place a note inside the package that has your name, address, phone number, original order number, and the reason for the return or exchange. Then ship it to our address below.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product for another one, we highly recommend purchasing that item now to ensure that it does not go out of stock. Inventory levels are constantly fluctuating. Then send the item that didn't work out for you back to us and we will give you a full refund when we receive it. Please follow the same instructions and conditions under the Returns section listed above.
